- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and community members to enhance the ecosystem's value.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to align ecosystem initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance ecosystem success, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership on ecosystem performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies that drive partner engagement and success.
