We’re currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our ranks and continue this tradition. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure all project components are integrated and aligned for success.
Monitor project progress, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes
Identify potential obstacles and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
Develop and implement program strategies that align with the company’s goals, including resource allocation, risk management, and timeline forecasting.

Requirements

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software
Experience in proposal writing.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; high school degree preferred.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and present program reports for the leadership team for reviews.
